CONTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT

This Contributor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Jiwwe, a global platform dedicated to traditional architecture and design ("Jiwwe", "we", "our", or "us"), and the individual contributor ("Contributor," "you," or "your") who submits original content to the Jiwwe platform.

By submitting any form of content to Jiwwe, including but not limited to articles, essays, photography, drawings, videos, interviews, or commentary ("Content"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. SCOPE OF CONTRIBUTION

This Agreement applies to all content submitted to Jiwwe for publication, whether through email, submission portals, contributor forms, or other official channels. The Contributor may submit:

Original written works (e.g., articles, essays, interviews)
Visual content (e.g., photographs, diagrams, videos)
Research or case studies
Personal design projects or historical documentation

2. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

By submitting content to Jiwwe, you represent and warrant that:

You are the sole author and creator of the submitted content, or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for any third-party material included.
The content is accurate, does not misrepresent facts, and respects cultural, historical, and architectural accuracy.
The content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or moral rights of any third party.
Any persons identifiable in photos or videos have signed model releases, and any private properties shown have appropriate permission.
If content includes academic or archival material, it is used under appropriate licenses and includes proper citations.

3. LICENSE GRANT

You grant Jiwwe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, and perpetual license to:

Publish, reproduce, edit, translate, distribute, and display your content on our website, newsletter, social media, print publications, and affiliated promotional materials.
Archive your content as part of Jiwwe’s digital or physical record of architectural documentation.
Modify your content for format, layout, SEO, or language while preserving the original intent.

You retain full ownership of your content and may publish it elsewhere unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. EDITORIAL CONTROL

Jiwwe reserves the right to edit content for grammar, length, clarity, formatting, and tone.
Content may be fact-checked or adjusted to ensure accuracy and compliance with platform guidelines.
We may choose not to publish a submission without obligation to provide reasons.
You will be notified of major changes to your content before publication when possible.

5. ATTRIBUTION

Contributors will receive visible credit for their work, including name, professional title (if applicable), and a short bio.
You may include a link to your website or portfolio.
Anonymous contributions are accepted upon request.

6. COMPENSATION

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all contributions to Jiwwe are on a voluntary, unpaid basis. Future paid opportunities may be offered under a separate agreement.

7. TERMINATION AND REMOVAL

You may request removal of your content from Jiwwe. We will consider such requests but are not obligated to remove already published or archived material. Jiwwe may remove content at any time for editorial, legal, or policy reasons.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jiwwe, its affiliates, staff, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the content you submit or your breach of this Agreement.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

Any private communication between you and Jiwwe (e.g., editorial feedback, submission discussions) must be kept confidential unless otherwise authorized in writing.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents the full understanding between you and Jiwwe and supersedes all previous agreements or discussions related to content contribution.
